What Youll Do
- Respond to 24-hour on-call emergencies, including trauma and urgent urology cases
- Perform core procedures such as vasectomy, cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, and more
- Manage adult patient population (over 18), with occasional pediatric support for OB-related cases
- Assist with robotic surgery when required
- Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs)
- Support the emergency department during call shifts
- Document patient encounters in EPIC EMR system
- Collaborate with support staff including nurses and medical assistants
What You Need
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand (PA license preferred for quicker onboarding)
- DEA certification
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Ability to work 24-hour call shifts as scheduled
- Strong procedural skills and team collaboration abilities
