What You’ll Bring:
- Valid medical license with specialization in Urology
- Proven expertise in both outpatient clinic and surgical procedures
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to adapt to flexible scheduling
- Excellent communication and patient-centered care skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
Nice to Have:
- Prior experience with outreach clinics or community-based care
- Familiarity with Wisconsin’s healthcare landscape
- Bilingual skills or additional language proficiency
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Board-certified or eligible in Urology
- Prior inpatient and outpatient experience
- At least 2 years of relevant clinical practice
Other Requirements:
- Availability to provide intermittent coverage from now until November 2026, with full-time coverage from November 2026 through April 2027
- System call responsibility based out of Wausau, approximately 7-10 days per month, including one weekend
- Potential outreach to Wisconsin Rapids (1-2 days per month)
- Willingness to discuss and accommodate scheduling details during the interview
- Must meet all licensing, certification, and travel reimbursement requirements
