What You’ll Do

• Assist during urology surgical procedures, ensuring compliance with safety protocols
• Prepare operating rooms with necessary instruments and supplies
• Maintain a sterile environment throughout surgical interventions
• Support surgical team with instrument counts and handling surgical tools
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to hospital policies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate smooth surgeries

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Surgical Technologist certification (CST preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years recent OR experience, particularly in urology or similar specialties
• Proficiency in surgical preparation, sterile techniques, and instrument handling

Preferred:

• Experience working in outpatient or hospital surgical units
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to varying schedules
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
