What Youll Do

Educate patients regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and follow-up care
Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety protocols
Support patient comfort and safety during procedures and treatments
What You Need
Required:
Valid advanced practice license in Massachusetts
Prior experience in urology or related specialty
Strong clinical assessment skills
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Preferred:
Urology-specific certifications
Experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
