Temporary Us Bank Vendor Management & Procurement Lead
12 month contract for an emerging financial services firm in the US. Opportunity for essential vendor management and evaluation.
Our client is a leading digital bank. They are in the office in Miami 3 times per week.
Job Description
Build a single, governed view of the 200+ vendor US population, bringing contracts and ownership across legal entities into one standard procurement framework. Complete OCC-aligned third party risk management qualification across the vendor base as the revamped process. Serve as relationship manager to establish or update their direct contractual relationships between the bank and its critical vendors, ensuring cost flow and service structures meet OCC independence standards.

The Successful Applicant
Deep experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Vendor/Contract Management. Experience with regulated financial-services or banking environment. Hands-on experience with contract execution (negotiation, redlines, approvals, signature) and with supplier qualification / third-party risk processes. Comfortable creating structure from ambiguity and operating credibly with senior Finance, Legal, Risk, and Procurement leaders. Strong written/verbal English; Miami-based. Desirable: familiarity with Enterprise Functions procurement, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools, and supplier qualification processes in a financial-services context.
