Job Description- Develop and execute business development strategy across Aerospace & Defense accounts
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities with defense primes, OEMs, and system integrators
- Build and maintain seniorlevel customer relationships
- Act as a "hunter" - generating new programs and expanding footprint within existing accounts
- Partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to support customerspecific requirements
- Support product customization and deployment for A&D applications

The Successful Applicant
A successful US BDM - Aerospace & Defense should have: - 5-7 years of relevant business development or commercial experience
- Background selling into Aerospace & Defense or adjacent technical markets
- Strong businessoriented mindset with technical credibility
- Comfortable with travel and a national customer footprint
- A proven track record in business development, particularly in the aerospace and defense sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- The ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with market analysis and strategic planning.
- A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
