Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Location: Bedford, MA

Job Description:

We are seeking a Warehouse Operator to support warehouse operations including inbound receiving, inventory management, storage, picking, packing, labelling, shipping, and equipment operations in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound goods.
• Perform inventory counts, stock verification, stock movements, and inventory corrections.
• Pick, pack, label, and ship customer orders.
• Update transactions in WMS/ERP/SAP systems.
• Perform daily data/interface checks between SAP, TMS/TMID, and WMS.
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers for dock scheduling and inspect incoming shipments.
• Support warehouse equipment calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot minor issues with conveyors, palletizers, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
• Escalate complex equipment issues to maintenance technicians.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and testing of warehouse software and automation systems.
• Perform outbound quality checks and document discrepancies/non-conformities.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all quality, safety, environmental, customs, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or Vocational Education.
• No prior experience required.
• Ability to learn WMS/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of warehouse experience.
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated environments.
• Experience with SAP/WMS/ERP.
• Warehouse inventory management experience.
• Equipment troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
• Experience with warehouse automation.
• Knowledge of Lean/continuous improvement.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) experience.
