The Business Analyst III is a customer facing role within the Technology, Analytics and Data Insights group for the SPARQ (Medical Safety, Pharmacovigilance, Analytics and Authoring, Regulatory Operations, and Quality & Compliance) department. This role requires an individual who can work closely within business functions to understand their processes and identify opportunities to improve their capabilities for consuming data. As such, communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical staff is paramount.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills / experience:

Expertise with PowerBI
Expert documentation skills including ERD, process flow and user guides
Data warehousing
Project management
Additional skills: Oracle APEX, Databricks, Snowflake, Alteryx

The role requires the need to determine solutions to business process problems by providing custom solutions that provide customers with tools to consume their data. Analyze business processes and write system process specifications to be used. Work with clients to determine their business needs to transform them into information technology system requirements.

Typically holds a Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience
