Role Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst (UX & Discovery Focus) to drive user-centered analysis by leading user journey mapping, stakeholder workshops, and requirements discovery. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into clear, actionable solutions while ensuring alignment between business stakeholders and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead user journey mapping to identify workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and comprehensive documentation.
- Partner with business and technology teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and successful solution delivery.
- Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve desired business outcomes.
Required Qualifications- Proven experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
- Strong expertise in workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
- Hands-on experience with process mapping and user journey mapping/frameworks.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments.
