Job Title: Supply Chain Integration Program Manager
Location: Spring, TX
Duration: Sept 2026 – Oct 2028 (25 months)
Role Overview: We are seeking a Program Manager to lead supplier onboarding activities for Phase 4 of a supply chain integration program. This role ensures suppliers, logistics providers, and partners are ready for go-live by managing onboarding plans, governance, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Role Overview: We are seeking a Program Manager to lead supplier onboarding activities for Phase 4 of a supply chain integration program. This role ensures suppliers, logistics providers, and partners are ready for go-live by managing onboarding plans, governance, risks, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project plans, RAID logs, and governance trackers for supplier onboarding.
- Coordinate onboarding for suppliers, logistics providers, depots, repair/returns partners.
- Track readiness across systems, processes, finance, logistics, and inventory.
- Escalate risks and blockers with clear impacts and recommended actions.
- Prepare concise leadership updates, milestone reports, and executive summaries.
- Recommend process improvements to strengthen governance and reduce execution risk.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
- 5+ years in project management, supply chain, logistics, or supplier onboarding.
- Strong skills in project management, governance & process improvement, supplier onboarding, and effective communication.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
- Preferred: PMP, CAPM, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
