Cyber Security Analyst | White Plains, NY | Hybrid

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to support cybersecurity operations, troubleshoot security issues, and maintain the security posture of enterprise infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with firewalls, Zero Trust, VPN monitoring, endpoint security, and security monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and maintain firewall and Zero Trust policies/rules.

- Monitor firewall and VPN logs, alerts, and suspicious activity.

- Ensure security policies comply with applicable security standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve firewall and Zero Trust issues.

- Coordinate with Network and IT teams to investigate and mitigate security incidents.

- Work with cybersecurity, network engineering, and IT teams to strengthen overall security posture.

- Participate in cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives.

Required Skills:

- Experience with Palo Alto, Check Point, or Fortinet firewalls.

- Experience with Zero Trust / Zscaler.

- Knowledge of CrowdStrike and/or Windows Defender.

- Familiarity with Splunk and security log monitoring.

- Understanding of VPN, network security, firewall rules, and security incident response.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Certifications:

CCSP, CySA+, Splunk certifications, or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.
