Job description:
This role involves managing customer relationships and negotiating delivery risks and expectations. The candidate should have strong experience in integrating domain, data, and AI capabilities with core services, as well as managing software delivery and release cycles across development, QA, and production environments. Preferred qualifications include experience in release management, Jira, Confluence, and cloud, data, AI-based software delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
- 15 years of strong experience in managing customer relationships.
- Ability to manage and negotiate delivery risks, expectations, and schedules across product management.
- Exposure in domain, data, AI capabilities and integration with core services.
- Experience in managing software delivery and release cycles across development, QA, and production environments in microservices.
