Job Title: SAP PP/PE/QM Consultant with BTP Experience

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/PE/QM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Production Planning, Production Execution, Quality Management, Manufacturing, and Recipe Batch Management. This role involves supporting and enhancing SAP solutions, integrating custom BTP applications, and optimizing manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain custom SAP BTP applications integrated with SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
• Configure and support SAP Production Planning (PP) and Production Execution (PE) modules.
• Implement and maintain SAP Quality Management (QM) processes, including inspections, notifications, and quality certificates.
• Configure and support manufacturing processes, including work centers, routings, production orders, material master, BOM, and MRP.
• Manage Recipe and Batch Management processes, including recipe creation, execution, and batch traceability.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP systems and SAP BTP applications.
• Support integration with Blue Yonder Demand Forecast processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP functional and technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver SAP solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP consulting experience with expertise in:
  • SAP Production Planning (PP)
  • Production Execution (PE)
  • Quality Management (QM)
  • Manufacturing
  • Recipe & Batch Management
• Strong experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Knowledge of ABAP, SAP HANA, and SAP Scripts.
• Experience integrating SAP with external systems such as Blue Yonder.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP PP or SAP QM Certification.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Platform (SAP BTP).
• Knowledge of manufacturing industry best practices.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale SAP implementations and integrations.
