Position Title: Versant Dotnet Support Engineer
Location: NY, US (Onsite)

Basic Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in application support or a related IT operations role
• Required Skills:
• Experience in Dotnet with AWS background
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk)
• Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced live broadcast environment

• Administer and maintain the platform, including user account management, rundown configuration, and system health monitoring
• Serve as the primary point of contact for application incidents — triaging, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to client crashes, server connectivity, and version conflicts
• Manage application version upgrades, coordinate testing cycles, and validate stable releases prior to deployment
• Build and maintain monitoring dashboards and automated test suites to proactively detect and prevent system failures
• Oversee integrations between the platform and third-party broadcast tools including graphics systems and media asset management platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of system changes on end-to-end broadcast workflows
• Support platform migration initiatives, including stakeholder training, compatibility validation, and transition planning
• Provide after-hours and on-call support as needed to maintain broadcast uptime
