Job Description
Maximo Techno-Functional Lead
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end IBM Maximo solution delivery by bridging functional business requirements with technical implementation
  • Configure Maximo applications in alignment with approved business requirements
  • Coordinate SDLC activities including developer testing, UAT support, and defect management
  • Oversee data transformation and loading into Maximo ensuring accuracy, integrity, and quality
  • Drive defect resolution and ensure system stability across all environments
  • Manage change migration between environments and support controlled deployment and cutover activities
  • Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation
  • Support validation activities and ensure production readiness
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery
