We are seeking a Senior Grafana Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise observability, Grafana Cloud, OpenTelemetry, and AWS. The ideal candidate will lead observability platform engineering, cloud migration, automation, and production support across hybrid environments.

Lead Grafana Cloud implementation and observability platform engineering.
Build dashboards, alerts, SLIs/SLOs, and operational reporting.
Implement OpenTelemetry instrumentation and monitoring solutions.
Automate observability workflows and platform integrations.
Support production environments, incident management, and operational excellence.
Preferred: Experience migrating from New Relic to Grafana Cloud and working with AI-assisted observability solutions.
