Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance SSRS reports, dashboards, and reporting solutions to support manufacturing operations, business intelligence, and operational decision-making.
• Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective SSRS reporting solutions.
• Optimize SSRS report performance, data retrieval, and report execution times.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), including report development, deployment, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong experience creating tabular, matrix, parameter-driven, drill-through, and subscription-based reports.
• Experience developing reports using complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and datasets.
• Ability to optimize report performance and manage report security within SSRS environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SSRS, Power BI, and other reporting/analytics platforms.
• Experience developing manufacturing and operational reports, KPIs, production dashboards, inventory reports, quality metrics, and executive reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and reporting best practices.
