US JP Role

DUTIES: Monitor and support business-critical applications and infrastructure, ensuring web-based applications, system backups, batch jobs, and overall system performance remain operational 24/7. Manage incidents and problems through ITIL processes, including diagnosis, resolution, escalation, root cause analysis, customer communication, and implementation of preventive measures. Automate and optimize IT operations by developing PowerShell scripts, improving workflows, performing system tuning, capacity planning, and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency. Provide leadership, documentation, and reporting support, including mentoring support teams, maintaining work instructions and process documentation, conducting management reviews, and presenting performance reports. Collaborate across IT teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot complex system issues, improve service delivery, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive continuous process and operational improvements.

SALARY INFORMATION: $136,947.00

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Bachelor of Science in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Information Systems. 5 years of experience in job offered or IT Analyst, Associate Systems Engineer, Network and Computer System Administrator, Senior System Engineer or related. Experience must entail work with Active Directory, Powershell, CyberArk, Crowdstrike, Cisco Networking, ITIL, Incident and problem Management.
