Job Title: Lab Technician
Location: Ankeny, Iowa 50021

Job Description:
- Responsible for creation and movement of physical samples.
- Responsible for performing designated physical seed quality analysis.
- The Technician will provide support and assistance to by preparing buffers and reagents, assisting with seed health tests and performing greenhouse work.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Prepare buffers and reagents, maintain indicator plants and conduct grow-out assays, inspect, operate, and maintain equipment,
- assist with seed health tests, follow and maintain the ISO Quality Management Standards wear proper PPE and take proper safety precautions while working in the lab.
- In addition, must have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced global and multi-cultural environment.
- Required education is High school diploma or equivalent (GED) and related experience and/or training preferred. 1-3 Years of Experience
