The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and hands-on experience hiring for IT services and product-based organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Analyze job descriptions thoroughly to understand hiring requirements and identify suitable talent.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through multiple sourcing channels, including web portals, professional networks, social media platforms, employee referrals, and targeted talent mapping.
Source and screen candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, and other relevant platforms.
Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, compensation expectations, notice period, location preferences, and overall suitability for the role.
Conduct preliminary discussions with potential candidates to assess their interest and fitment.
Ensure all recruitment SLAs are met by delivering validated and high-quality candidate profiles within stipulated timelines.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and clients and follow up throughout the hiring process.
Handle hiring across various engagement models, including Contract and Contract-to-Hire (C2H).
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
3–8 years of relevant experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition within the IT services or product industry.
Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
Proven experience in sourcing through job portals, social networking sites, referrals, and talent mapping.
Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Experience in contract and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
