Remote US Regional Procurement LeadPave the way for direct category vendors and suppliers across the US.About Our ClientOur client is a global industrial manufacturer with ties to the UK, Europe, APAC. This is a remote opportunity based in a global procurement team.Job DescriptionTranslate global category strategies into effective regional execution in the US.Drive localization and supplier development to ensure regional supply performance.Focus on regional cost competitiveness and resilience across mostly direct categories.Execute approved sourcing actions and coordinate with Operational teams for implementation.Lead local execution of supplier development plans.Provide market intelligence to Category Management.Partner with regional Operations/Supply Chain and site leaders.Reporting to a global procurement lead headquartered in the EU.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
