Job Title: US Research and Development Associate I
Location: Cambridge Campus, MA
Pay Rate: 41.54/hr - paid weekly
Initial Assignment Length: 1 year contract (Extension is possible based on performance, attendance, and business need)

Position Summary
Seeking a Research & Development Associate I to support tissue-enhanced delivery platform development and therapeutic research programs. This role involves tissue processing, molecular biology assays, cell-based studies, data analysis, and laboratory documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process animal tissues for protein and nucleic acid analysis.
- Perform qPCR, ddPCR, ELISA, MSD, and other bioanalytical assays.
- Conduct mammalian cell culture and cell-based functional assays.
- Analyze data and maintain electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN).
- Develop SOPs and implement new laboratory protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional research teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
- 1+ year of biotech, pharmaceutical, or academic research experience.
- Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques (qPCR, ddPCR, ELISA, Western Blot).
- Ability to independently execute experiments and analyze results.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred
- Experience with animal tissue processing.
- Experience with MSD assays.
- Experience with mammalian cell culture and cell-based assays.
