Job Title: Sr Engineering Technician
Location: Torrance, CA
Salary Range: $35 - $38/hour
Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Engineering Technician to join our team. This role involves high-volume repetitive testing of commercial and military precision parts with pneumatic/hydraulic testing in our Fluid Power lab. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and can consistently take the initiative to accomplish tasks efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen.
- 4-6 years of experience in the field.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Previous testing and troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.
- Experience with the breakdown and assembly of test stands.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct performance and pressure testing of units.
- Perform high-volume repetitive testing of precision parts.
- Plan and accomplish goals by relying on experience and judgment.

- Change in the payout structure: ***k at 14 days with perfect attendance, ***k at 60 days, ***k at 90 days. To receive the 60 and 90-day bonuses, the worker must have received the 14-day bonus.
