Description:
A major insurance company is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the in-house creative team supporting the Global Risk Solutions North America business unit. In this role, you will create, design, and execute a variety of deliverables including print and digital assets under moderate supervision of an Art Director and in collaboration with other creative team members and marketing colleagues. You will translate conceptual elements into finished designs, work on projects of medium scope and complexity, and collaborate with other Creative Team members to ensure a cohesive product. Your day-to-day will include working independently on a variety of print and digital assets, attending project kickoffs, shadowing the Art Director on larger campaigns, production design and edits, and concepting/creative development on smaller campaigns.

Strong foundation in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Video editing and animation (After Effects, Premiere)
Attention to detail and strong communication skills
Print and digital design across multiple mediums
Figma (preferred)
Project management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Working within established brand guidelines
Requirements for the role:
3 5 years of related design experience
Strong capabilities with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience with video editing/animation (After Effects, Premiere) preferred but not mandatory
Experience with Figma preferred but not mandatory
Strong understanding of composition techniques (typography, photography, print production, page composition)
Ability to create visually compelling design work capturing target audience attention
Ability to manage projects, address issues, and meet deadlines
Strong project management, research, problem-solving, and presentation skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
Open-minded and collaborative
Portfolio required demonstrating designs across print, digital, and web
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
3 5 years of related design experience
Or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
B2B experience
Figma experience
Video editing/animation experience (After Effects, Premiere)
Interview Process: 3 interviews (Creative Director, Associate Art/Creative Director, Project Manager)
