Work Environment
This position requires on-site work in industrial facilities at least five days per week, with a base operation in Remington, IN, and regional travel. High autonomy is given, with expectations for self-directed work. The work environment emphasizes a strict safety culture, with an "incident and injury-free workplace" goal. Projects are fast-paced and tied to seasonal operations, requiring adaptability and commitment to safety standards. Travel reimbursement, per diem allowances, and family travel options are provided, ensuring support for our traveling coordinators.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
