US - Warehouse/Logistics Operator I

This role involves performing various inspecting, labeling, and packaging operations. You will be tending machines that perform one or more packaging functions, such as packing or bundling, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Shift Details

Training will be conducted on the 1st shift (6:45 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) for four weeks. Post-training, you will be assigned to either the 2nd shift (3 p.m. – 11:45 p.m.) or the 3rd shift (10:30 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.), based on availability. Enjoy a 45-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks during your shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and inspect components on the packaging line.
• Inspect filled containers to ensure product specifications are met.
• Prepare shippers, inspect finished products, and package them for shipment.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, GDP, company policies, and cGMPs.
• Perform cleaning tasks on machines and maintain equipment.
• Participate in training new employees and adhere to safety standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one year of production experience.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. and maintain a high level of physical activity.
• Solid English reading, comprehension, and communication skills.
• Basic mathematical skills for counting components and products.

Preferences

• Associates Degree.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
