Role Solution Architect
Location: Albany, NY – LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY


JOB DESCRIPTION
JD:
• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications across front end, back end, and database layers within a regulated GxP environment.
• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL/DB queries to support data integrity, analytics, and system enhancements.
• Access application and infrastructure servers, analyze logs, and support troubleshooting and root cause investigations.
• Assist with third party software installation, configuration, integration, and validation, collaborating with internal IT and vendors.
• Lead or support data integrity assessments, identify compliance gaps, and partner with QA to implement CAPAs aligned with ALCOA+ principles.
• Create, revise, and maintain controlled documentation, including SOPs, Work Instructions, Job Aids, and technical guides.
• Gather, define, and document business and functional requirements, translating user needs into actionable technical specifications.
• Support CSV (Computer System Validation) tasks, including drafting validation deliverables, executing tests, and maintaining traceability.
• Manage and resolve incidents, perform impact analysis, triage issues across application layers, and ensure timely communication and closure.
• Monitor system health, perform log analysis, and proactively address performance, integration, or data issues.
• Successfully juggle multiple priorities, manage workloads in a dynamic environment, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Demonstrate strong communication and soft skills, including clear documentation, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical users.
• Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams—QA, IT, business partners, auditors, and vendors—to support system operations and continuous improvement.
