Title:                  Mechanical Assembler
Location:          Claremore, OK 74017
Duration:          0-6+ Months
Shift:                  First Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Second Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Pay:                   $20.00/hour
 
Job Duties:
Supports the assembly of downhole pump systems in a manufacturing environment. This position focuses on staging materials, preparing components, and assisting assemblers by ensuring all necessary parts are ready for final assembly. Candidates with mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools are highly preferred.
Stage materials and components for downhole pump assembly.
Retrieve parts from inventory baskets and organize them for production.
Set up materials on assembly rails and prepare components for final assembly.
Utilize hand tools and basic material handling equipment safely and effectively.
Operate pallet jacks and electric pallet jacks as needed.
Assist production teams in maintaining workflow and meeting production goals.
Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
Maintaining production pace while ensuring quality.
Learning and handling multiple pump components and assembly processes.
Working overtime and adapting to changing production demands
 
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand tools.
Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials safely.
Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse operations, maintenance, or mechanical trades.
Experience operating pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, or overhead cranes.
Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude.

Adaptability
High school diploma or equivalent required.
