$18.41 - $20.05 per hour
Job Description:
Role & Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical components in accordance with bill of material (BOM) and work instruction requirements
Perform functional testing on completed mechanical assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy
Test-assemble equipment based on customer and division specifications
Operate and handle test equipment in alignment with engineering standards
Apply settings, calibrate, and maintain assembly tools and equipment
Prepare completed products for shipment
Maintain production efficiency while meeting output expectations
Requirements
1+ year of hands-on mechanical or assembly experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with components and tools
Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures accurately
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-based environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Must demonstrate efficiency and attention to detail
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Skills
Mechanical assembly and component building
Use of hand tools and assembly equipment
Basic testing and quality inspection
Ability to interpret BOMs and work instructions
Familiarity with manufacturing systems (SAP, SAP DM, Baker Hughes systems preferred)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently and meet production targets
