Schedule: 

Monday – Friday, Onsite, 6:30AM - 2:00 PM 

Pay Range: 

$18.41 - $20.05 per hour 

Job Description:  
 
Role & Responsibilities 

• Assemble mechanical components in accordance with bill of material (BOM) and work instruction requirements 

• Perform functional testing on completed mechanical assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy 

• Test-assemble equipment based on customer and division specifications 

• Operate and handle test equipment in alignment with engineering standards 

• Apply settings, calibrate, and maintain assembly tools and equipment 

• Prepare completed products for shipment 

• Maintain production efficiency while meeting output expectations 

Requirements 

• 1+ year of hands-on mechanical or assembly experience 

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with components and tools 

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures accurately 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-based environment 

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks 

• Must demonstrate efficiency and attention to detail 

Education 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required 

Skills 

• Mechanical assembly and component building 

• Use of hand tools and assembly equipment 

• Basic testing and quality inspection 

• Ability to interpret BOMs and work instructions 

• Familiarity with manufacturing systems (SAP, SAP DM, Baker Hughes systems preferred) 

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude 

• Ability to work efficiently and meet production targets
