Key Responsibilities

• Support and promote a strong safety culture.
• Align large rotors and gas components with precision for machining and corrections.
• Program CNC lathes, VTL's, and milling machines.
• Interpret OEM drawings, REI's, Work Instructions, and Digital Routers.
• Apply geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD & T).
• Calculate and set controls to optimize machining factors.
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments.
• Select and secure fixtures, tools, and materials for various machines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of related experience or equivalent education.
• Advanced skills in CNC and Manual machining.
• Ability to operate both Manual and CNC machines.

Preferences

• Experience in gas turbine repair (HSPT, GE10's, Fr3, Fr5, Fr6, F7).
• CNC certifications are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and blueprint comprehension.
• Background in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Oil & Gas industries.
• Excellent communication skills.
