BACKGROUND & PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Brand Manager (contractor) to support the rapidly growing Front of House (FOH) and Flavor agenda for the UFS Hellmann s brand. This role supports FOH commercial strategy, flavor innovation, and brand-building initiatives.
WHAT YOU LL DO
" Support execution of Hellmann s FOH strategy, including commercial initiatives, merchandise, and operator facing activations.
" Assist in the Flavor innovation roadmap, trend scouting, concepting, and go to market planning.
" Lead Innovation projects inclusive of day to day project coordination, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
" Coordinate with Operator Marketing & sales on sales enablement tools.
WHAT YOU LL NEED TO SUCCEED
" Bachelor s degree required.
" 2 4 years of Brand Management, Marketing, Foodservice, Client, or related experience.
" Passion for food, flavor trends, and dining culture.
" Strong project management and communication skills.
" Action oriented mindset with comfort in fast paced environments.
" Experience with Nielsen, Circana, or Direct Link a plus.
