Role Name - ServiceNow Architect
Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
•Define the overall ServiceNow architecture strategy and roadmap.
•Design end-to-end solutions across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, etc.).Establish best practices for system design, integrations, and data modeling
•Define and enforce development standards, governance processes, and code quality, Review and approve technical designs and implementation approaches, Maintain platform health, performance optimization, and upgrades
•Lead complex ServiceNow implementations and transformations, Collaborate with developers, administrators, and functional teams, Provide technical guidance during sprints and project lifecycle
•Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, Translate business needs into technical solutions, Advise leadership on platform capabilities and strategic direction
•Ensure platform adheres to security best practices and compliance requirements
•Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization, Evaluate new ServiceNow features and recommend adoption, Drive innovation and modernization initiatives
•Strong knowledge on ITSM/ITOM/CMDB and have knowledge on ESG/FSO/SecOps/IRM
•Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Analytical and problem-solving mindset, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in:
JavaScript (Glide scripting)
ServiceNow APIs (REST, SOAP)
Integration frameworks (IntegrationHub, MID Server)
Skills: Desktop Management - Infrastructure Services (IS)
Experience Required: 6-8 years
