Job Description:

Experience in Telephony Systems configuration| Avaya Call Manager| System Manager| Voicemail Systems.
Experience with NICE Uptivity Call Recording Screen capture| TASKE Reporting| Cisco| Secure Telephone| and Video Communications
Experience with Telecommunications Technologies Advanced understanding of technical| functional aspects of Avaya PBX systemsAdminister the Avaya Unified Communications environment.AWS Connect configuration and administration.
Ability to establish communication systems by programming Voice and Data Telecommunications network Circuits and equipment.
Knowledge of Business Recovery in the event of a disaster.
Knowledge of Designing Telephony Networks.

Roles and Responsibilities
Establishes voice and data networks by programming features establishing interfaces and integrations following industry standards activating remote access tools.
Verifies service by testing and reprogramming circuits| equipment| and alarms identifying and correcting problems conferring with engineers.
Documents Telecom network by recording configuration diagrams and programming.
Maintains telecom network by troubleshooting and repairing outages testing network backup procedures updating documentation.
Administers Avaya phone systems| Call Vector Designing| testing| problem solving and voice mail system.
Complete and support Service Desk escalations for Voice Adds Moves and Changes in Avaya| Uptivity| TASKE| AWS Connect.
Monitor Document Systems user license usage and complete system audits and cleanup.
Manage all work through the HEAT ticket system and or Agile Sprint project tracking.

Required Technical Skills
Telephony Systems configuration| Avaya Call Manager| System Manager| Voicemail Systems| NICE Uptivity Call Recording| TASKE Reporting | Cisco| Secure Telephone| and Video Communications.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture.Excellent leadership and communication skills.
