Responding to Urgent Customer Requests Handling time-sensitive deliveries, equipment needs, and service issues while maintaining a high level of customer service. Coordinating Across Multiple Stakeholders Communicating effectively with operations teams, field specialists, sales personnel, warehouse staff, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery. Most work will be performed in Odessa, Texas , with occasional support required in Hobbs, New Mexico . The position combines office, warehouse, customer-site, and field environments. Driving a company vehicle for extended periods (typically 4 6 hours per day when supporting field operations) may be required.

Role Overview:
