Today, LOVE CORN is the fastest growing snack brand in the UK and has a solid USA foundation with 15,000 stores and 2% household penetration, with unlimited potential to grow.
We're looking for a USA Head of Marketing to help fulfill LOVE CORN's potential to become an iconic, household name snack brand loved by millions of families.
You will lead LOVE CORN's digital‑first and brand‑forward marketing strategy, driving awareness, engagement, and conversion across all touchpoints. This person will own the consumer journey online‑to‑retail — building digital campaigns that spark discovery, generate trial, and accelerate velocity at retail — while elevating LOVE CORN's brand story, voice, and cultural relevance.
You'll lead brand-building, social media, performance marketing, content, influencer, retail media, and partner with sales to support retailer priorities. This role requires a hands-on digital and brand leader — a strategist, storyteller, and performance optimizer rolled into one.
This role is for a doer. You will have a small but nimble team to manage and need to have a bias for action and a roll your sleeves up mindset.
