Job Duties:
- Performing data analysis and reporting to support business processes
- Extracting and manipulating data in SAP systems
- Supporting Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems for business needs
- Implementing continuous improvement processes within business operations
- Working in a fast-paced, structured team environment to support IT and business functions
- Utilizing programming and Visual Basic for data handling and process support
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, SAP data handling, and programming
- Proficient knowledge of business processes and IT industry trends and developments
- Demonstrated solid technical competence within area of expertise
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Unified Communications, and Windows Server
- Broad understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Basic understanding of one business process chain with growing depth in sub-processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with good customer service abilities
