Job Title: Molecular and Cellular Biologist
Location: Andover, MA
Pay Rate: $34/hr
Duration: 1 year

• Design and execute molecular and cellular biology experiments using mammalian, particularly CHO, cell cultures.

• Perform transfection, cell passaging, sampling, and molecular perturbation studies to support multi-omics analyses.

• Investigate gene copy number, transcript levels, protein folding, assembly, trafficking, secretion, and degradation.

• Generate and analyze experimental data supporting recombinant protein production and cell culture performance.

• Apply bioinformatics, statistical analysis, and pathway-analysis approaches to interpret multi-omics datasets.

• Document experimental results and prepare technical reports, presentations, and scientific manuscripts.

• Collaborate with cell-line development, bioprocess engineering, analytical science, and computational biology teams.

• Maintain laboratory safety, data integrity, experimental rigor, and reproducibility standards.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Systems Biology, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of relevant laboratory or biotechnology industry experience.
