Details:
- Assembling electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to documented procedures and BOM requirements.
- Performing functional testing based on customer specifications and engineering standards.
- Using hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment to complete high-accuracy builds.
- Applying hands-on soldering skills to support component and wiring assembly.
- Inspecting parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and performance criteria.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following established processes.
- Collaborating with team members and supporting continuous improvement activities.
Required:
- Have strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in soldering and small-parts assembly.
- Have proficiency in using hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment.
- Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Have strong attention to detail, problem-solving capability, and an ownership mindset.
- Have the ability to sit/stand for extended periods and handle small components with fine motor control.
Essential Requirements of the Role
- Good manual dexterity and eyesight.
- Must be able to read, write and use basic math.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy in performing repetitive tasks.
- Work with basic chemicals.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
