Assembling electro mechanical components and subassemblies according to documented procedures and BOM requirements Performing functional testing based on customer specifications and engineering standards Using hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment to complete high accuracy builds Applying hands on soldering skills to support component and wiring assembly Inspecting parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and performance criteria Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following established processes Collaborating with team members and supporting continuous improvement activities To be successful in this role you will: Have strong mechanical aptitude with hands on experience in soldering and small parts assembly Have proficiency in using hand tools, torque drivers, and precision assembly equipment Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team Have strong attention to detail, problem solving capability, and an ownership mindset Have the ability to sit/stand for extended periods and handle small components with fine motor control Have a high school diploma or equivalent
