USA_Packaging Operator - Level 1

Our client, Haleon / Consumer Healthcare is seeking a Packaging Operator - Level 1 to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the operation team supporting Packaging Lines. The ideal candidate will have ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to stand and sit throughout the shift and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Operator Level 1

Location: East Durham, NY 12423

Pay Range: Day Shift: Up to $24.50/hr   -   Night Shift: Up to $26.95/hr

What’s the Job?

• Operate high-speed automated packaging lines (up to 450 units/min)
• Perform routine and autonomous maintenance tasks
• Perform quality checks and document results accurately
• Conduct inventory counts of materials and products
• Maintain clean and safe work environment 

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or GED 
• Basic computer skills (data entry, Word, Excel)
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs 
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating schedules (2-2-3)
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
