The Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing laboratory testing, sample preparation, quality control checks, and data collection to support manufacturing, engineering, product development, and customer operations. This role ensures testing is conducted safely, accurately, and in compliance with *** standards, documented procedures, and industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform laboratory testing, inspections, and evaluations according to established procedures and specifications.
Prepare, label, maintain, and track samples for testing and analysis.
Record, analyze, and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
Support quality assurance and quality control activities.
Assist engineers and technical personnel with product development and validation testing.
Maintain laboratory records, documentation, and testing logs.
Follow all *** safety policies and laboratory procedures.
Support investigations related to product quality, test failures, or manufacturing issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
