Job Title: Usability Researcher 3
Location: Remote ( Preferred PST candidates )
Salary Range:  $65/hr to $70/hr on w2

Introduction

This role is part of a UX Research group focused on evaluating and enhancing the user experience for a leading product line. The position involves contributing to research efforts, partnering with external vendors for participant recruitment, and managing a pipeline of UX research to ensure efficient study execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for the hiring agency on W2.
• Experience working with AI technology, particularly with Copilot or equivalent.
• Experience in a full-time UX Researcher role delivering clear actionable research results in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with mixed methods including UX benchmark studies and competitive research.
• Proficiency with remote UX research platform tools.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in HCDE, Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in generative and evaluative research.
• Strong data analysis and synthesis skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Execute multiple concurrent research projects to evaluate task performance of products compared to competitors.
• Conduct qualitative and mixed-methods research to generate insights.
• Analyze and synthesize data, prioritize findings, and create clear and actionable reports.
• Coordinate with research and product teams, study recruitment vendors, and research operations.
• Generate rapid insights and outputs, including videos, presentations, and documents.
