Used Automotive Sales/Acquisition Manager

Phil Long Honda and Subaru of Glenwood Springs - Used Automotive Sales/Acquisition ManagerWe are searching for an experienced and motivated Used Automotive Sales/Acquisition Manager to join one of Colorado's premier Automotive Groups. This role will be supporting two dealerships in our Glenwood Springs market. Acting as both a used car manager as well as a vehicle acquisition manager for both locations. We are the largest privately owned dealership group in Colorado and have been around for over 80 years! Join us in building and representing our brand.Compensation Range: $120,000 - $170,000 (Commission & Bonuses)ResponsibilitiesWork directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process.Review and control the used vehicle inventory by working closely with the General Managers. Work to ensure a 30-day supply.Source and acquire used vehicle inventory for multiple locationsDevelop and initiate a plan to meet departmental sales and profit objectives.Structure car deals.Oversee the arrangement of displays. Ensure that the lot is clean, orderly in appearance and safe for employees and customers.Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network.Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.Help manage all other aspects of the sales department.Desk Deals, Track Gross Logs and RDR cars.Other responsibilities as assignedQualificationsMinimum high school diploma or GED equivalent requiredTwo to Five years prior used vehicle sales experience preferredTwo to Five years prior vehicle acquisition experience preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsKnowledge of all aspects of automotive retailing and inventory controlStrong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)Professional appearance and strong work ethicSelf-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environmentValid Driver's LicenseState Sales LicenseBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, FSA/HAS/HRA, Basic Life Insurance, Short Term/Long Term Disability, Legal Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Onsite Fit Factories, Employee Clinics
