What You'll Do
- Source and purchase quality used vehicles through auctions, trade-ins, private sellers, and online marketplaces.
- Evaluate vehicle condition, history reports, and market trends to determine accurate values.
- Negotiate competitive purchase prices while maintaining dealership profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, wholesalers, and industry partners.
- Monitor local and national market trends to identify high-demand inventory.
- Work closely with sales and management teams to ensure inventory meets customer demand.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all transactions comply with dealership policies.
What We're Looking For
- Automotive buying, appraisal, or dealership experience preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle valuation tools and market pricing.
- Ability to work independently and make sound business decisions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
