We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Used Car Manager to join our team at Landers Ford in Collierville, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the used car department, ensuring exceptional customer service, maximizing profitability, and maintaining inventory standards. This role offers a competitive monthly compensation ranging from $8,000.00 to $15,000.00.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the used car department.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase used vehicle sales and profitability.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure a diverse selection of quality used vehicles.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve dealership goals.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust pricing and marketing strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Used Car Manager or similar role within the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with vehicle financing and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
