Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the used vehicle department, including inventory, pricing, merchandising, and sales performance.
  

• Source, appraise, and purchase quality pre-owned vehicles through auctions, trades, and direct acquisitions.
  

• Maximize inventory turn while maintaining strong gross profit.
  

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed performance goals.
  

• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive.
  

• Work closely with the General Manager and Finance Department to achieve dealership objectives.
  

• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership Used Car Manager experience is required.
  

• Proven history of driving sales, profitability, and inventory management.
  

• Strong appraisal and vehicle acquisition skills.
  

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  

• Experience with dealership management software is preferred.
  

• Stable work history with strong professional references.
