What We Need From You- Job Duties and Requirements:

Answer incoming sales calls and handle questions with proven trained responses, including outgoing phone calls

Greet customers, vendors, and employees as they enter the building

Organize and handle all aspects of vehicle presentation & deliveries

Check insurance, identification, and update systems

Follow instructions and processes using proper paperwork/digital assets

Assist customers in vehicle selection, test drives, trade assessments & more

Additional job responsibilities as seen necessary by the supervisor

Turn-over to team leader (sales supervisor) to present financial/cash options. 

Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, monthly payments for customer purchases to lead to customer ownership of a vehicle.

Essential Job Functions:

Must have a valid drivers license and meet company motor vehicle report standards

High school education or equivalent

1-3 years working in hospitality, retail, restaurant, food service or similar industry

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Tablet/PC/Smartphone proficiency

Meeting new customers and working to build a long term relationship

Must be able to multitask between answering phones, working with employees, and assisting customers

Must have the flexibility of schedule to work nights, holidays, and weekends.
