What You'll Do
- Greet every customer promptly and professionally.
- Build rapport by understanding each customer's wants, needs, and budget.
- Present and demonstrate pre-owned vehicles that best fit the customer's lifestyle.
- Conduct professional test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits.
- Generate and follow up on internet, phone, and showroom leads daily.
- Prospect for new business through referrals, previous customers, and community networking.
- Maintain consistent CRM activity, documenting every customer interaction.
- Follow the dealership's sales process from initial contact through delivery.
- Work closely with sales managers to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
- Present financing and protection product opportunities before introducing customers to Finance.
- Ensure every customer is introduced to management during the sales process.
- Follow up after delivery to encourage referrals, repeat business, and positive online reviews.
- Stay knowledgeable on current inventory, vehicle technology, market pricing, and competitor offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Automotive sales experience preferred, but motivated sales professionals from other industries are encouraged to apply.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work evenings, Saturdays, and a flexible retail schedule.
- Comfortable using CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Professional appearance and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
