What You’ll Do

• Oversee all used vehicle operations, including purchasing, appraisals, merchandising, pricing, and inventory management

• Maximize gross profit while maintaining turn-rate efficiency

• Work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth, customer-focused process

• Monitor market trends and leverage tools for competitive pricing

• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Used Car Manager in a dealership environment

• Strong appraisal and acquisition skills (auctions, trades, private purchases)

• Ability to manage inventory and pricing in a high-volume environment

• Leadership skills with a focus on training, accountability, and team success

• A results-driven mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction
