- Manage pre-owned inventory

- Vehicle Pricing
- Evaluate all trades
- Overseeing all aspects of the department’s business, including inventory management, customer service, and sales strategy
- Effectively managing a team of employees
- Monitoring sales performance and setting sales goals
- Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure quality products
- Resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
